You get temporary phone numbers that receive SMS and one-time passwords (OTPs) for verifying accounts on apps and websites, purchase verified social media accounts, and you can order followers, likes, views, and similar services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. The Service includes virtual number rental, SMS/OTP reception, multi-country number selection, SMM ordering (single and mass order), and optional API access for developers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Billing
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Accept that refunds are subject to our refund policy

- Purchase social media accounts for illegal or fraudulent use as we will not be responsible for how users use accounts and services purchased
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or third-party systems
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any form of abuse
- Resell or redistribute virtual numbers, OTP data, or SMM services in violation of these terms
6. Refund Policy
At DemrickHub, we aim to provide reliable digital services including virtual numbers, social media boosting, and digital products. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is outlined below:
6.1 General Policy
All sales are considered final once an order has been successfully delivered or processed. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
6.2. Virtual Numbers (OTP/SMS Services)
- Refunds are not issued once a number has been purchased and used.
- If you do not receive an OTP and the number expires without usage, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Wrong service or incorrect selection by the user is not refundable.
6.3 SMM (Social Media Services)
- Orders that have already started or completed are non-refundable.
- If an order fails or is not delivered, a refund - balance credit will be issued.
- Drops in followers/likes after delivery are not guaranteed for refund, but may be eligible for refill if the service includes it.
6.4 Logs / Accounts / Digital Products
- Due to the sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final.
- No refunds or replacements once the product has been delivered.
- We prioritize fairness, if there’s a genuine issue on our end, we will always make it right either throughrefunds or replacement.
- Ensure you review product details before purchase.
6.5 Wallet Funding
- Funds added to your wallet are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
- All refund on the website will be made back to your dashboard wallet.
- You can use your balance for any service available on the platform.
6.6 Duplicate or Failed Payments
- If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, contact support with proof.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded or credited to your wallet.
6.7 Abuse & Fraud
- Any attempt to abuse the refund system or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension without refund.

7. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including virtual numbers, OTP verification, and SMM/Boost Socials orders) complies with all applicable laws, including data protection (e.g. GDPR), telecommunications, anti-fraud, and platform terms of service (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) in your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DemrickHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DemrickHub, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
